Start with the village

The portal only answers one village at a time. Choose the place, and every public entry for it is read once — the name lookup afterwards runs entirely in this browser.

Bhu Bharathi land details search by name

A Bhu Bharathi land details search by name is the one thing the official portal cannot do for you. BhuBharati (spelled Bhu Bharati or Bhu Bharathi) answers by survey number, Khata number, or pattadar passbook number — fine when you are holding the passbook, and useless when all you have is a name. This page reads the whole public record for one village, then searches the pattadar column for the name you type, in Telugu or in English, with the father or husband name as a second filter. What comes back is every survey entry, Khata number, extent in acres and guntas, land classification, and land status standing in that name.

How do I do a Bhu Bharathi land details search by name?

Choose the district, mandal, and village, wait for the village record to load, then type the pattadar name. Every entry is already in your browser at that point, so the search by name runs across all of them at once — no survey number, Khata number, or pattadar passbook number needed.

My name is spelled differently in the record. Will it still match?

Yes. Names are matched by sound rather than by spelling, so Reddy and Reddi, Rao and Ravu, Goud and Gowd, Naidu and Nayudu, Lakshmi and Laxmi, or Narsayya and Narsaiah all find the same record. Telugu names are matched from English spelling too, so you can type “jakkula keshava reddy” and reach జక్కుల కేశవ రెడ్డి.

Why does it ask for a father or husband name?

Village records repeat common names many times over. The father or husband name is the field the portal prints beside each pattadar, so matching it separates one Narsimha Reddy from another. It is optional, and it is never searched as a person of its own.

What details are shown for each pattadar?

Every land entry recorded under that name: survey number, Khata number, extent, land type, land status, classification, and nature of land, along with totals for entries, survey numbers, and extent. Opening a row shows the complete portal response for that entry, including pattadar passbook and transaction status.

Is this the official BhuBharati or Dharani portal?

No. This is an unofficial, read-only view of public responses from bhubharati.telangana.gov.in, the successor to Dharani. No record is changed, and a name match here is not proof of title. Verify anything that matters against the official portal or your current documents.
